Getting Started

To create your first store, sign up at auth.ziplofy.com, then click "Create Store" from your dashboard. Enter your store name and select a theme. Ziplofy will guide you through adding products, setting up payments, and launching your store—all within minutes.

Go to Products → Add Product in your dashboard. Add a title, description, images, and price. You can also set variants (size, color), inventory, and SEO metadata. Save and publish when ready.

Yes. In Settings → Domains, you can connect your own domain. Point your domain's A or CNAME record to Ziplofy as instructed. SSL is automatically provisioned for custom domains.

Themes & Customization

Navigate to Themes in your dashboard. Browse available themes and click "Apply" on the one you like. You can customize colors, fonts, and layout in the theme editor without coding.

Yes. The checkout can be branded with your logo, colors, and messaging. Go to Settings → Checkout to adjust branding and fields while staying compliant with payment requirements.

Billing & Plans

Plans are billed monthly or annually. You're charged at the start of each billing cycle. Payment methods can be updated in Settings → Billing. Invoices are emailed and available in the dashboard.

Go to Settings → Billing. Choose your new plan and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Prorated credits may apply when upgrading.

Integrations

Ziplofy integrates with payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal), email (Mailchimp, Klaviyo), analytics, shipping providers, and more. Visit Integrations in your dashboard to connect apps with one click.

Account & Security

On the login page, click "Forgot password." Enter your email and we'll send a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour. If you don't see it, check spam or request a new one.

Yes. In Settings → Security, enable 2FA using an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) or SMS. We recommend app-based 2FA for stronger security.

Technical Support

Optimize product images (use WebP, keep under 500KB), reduce third-party scripts, and ensure your theme is up to date. Our support team can run a performance audit if issues persist.
